These 29 Stocks Hiked Their Dividend Payments Last Week

Stocks with dividend hikes from last week originally published at long-term-investments.blogspot.com. I strongly believe that dividend growth investing will deliver good returns. As of now, I quadrupled my net worth by trading dividend growth stocks and boosted my passive income to a five-figure annual salary.

It’s great to see how everybody can build a portfolio of stocks that is growing and becomes better over the time. It feels like you are a real investor. Not playing with money or spending it. You invest it. You watch your assets and observe how your portfolio companies develop over the time. Some stocks will disappoint you and fail for sure. But if you have a good diversification of at least 50 shares or more, your average return will be great.

However, back to the current dividend growth stocks from last week. On my blog long-term-investments.blogspot.com, I publish on a regular basis lists of the latest dividend growers.

Last week, 29 companies announced a higher dividend. I’ve published all stocks with dividend growth from the recent week in the attached dividend list for you. You can also find a compilation of price and yield ratios there. In average, stocks from the list of the latest dividend growth stocks have increased their dividend payments by 17.03 percent.

Four of the results have a high yield of more than five percent and three yielding over 10%. Analysts and brokerage firms recommend 14 of the latest dividend growth stocks.

20 Stocks And Funds With Dividend Growth

Stocks with dividend hikes from last week originally published at “long-term-investments.blogspot.com”. I enjoy it really to see how dividends grow. One company with monthly payments that hiked its dividends with an impressive speed is the retail real estate trust Realty Income. Last week they announced only a small hike of 0.2 percent but this bigger dividend will be paid every month.

I personally don’t like REITs and financials because of the high debt. They also invested huge amounts into assets of which I have no idea how they could perform. I stay by my core research competence and let them do their work.

Last week, 19 companies and one fund announced a dividend hike. Only half of them have a current buy or better rating. The average dividend growth of the top dividend growers from last week amounts to 53.73 percent.

20 Dividend Challengers With Fastest Growing Dividends

Dividend Challengers with fastest growing dividend payments originally published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com". Recently I screened Dividend Champs with the fastest rate of dividend growth. Mc Donald’s was my best yielding pick. I noticed that the top 20 stocks had a 10 year dividend growth performance of remarkable 10 to 30 percent yearly but for most of them, the performance slowed within the recent years.

It’s not possible of any company to raise dividends at a very high rate over a longer period. It’s also not possible to raise dividend payments with a gaining momentum. Every company that does this must reduce its growth speed over the time.

Today, I like to introduce some of the fastest growing dividend payers that have raised their distributions at least for five consecutive years but less than ten years. Here, the best results have grown their dividend payments over the recent five years with a rate of 90 to 30 percent. That’s definitely a higher growth figure but as I told, very growth rate will come down.

Below the top results of my screen are eleven stocks with a buy or better rating. Three of them are High-Yields.
