Dividends And Growth Combined: 5 Top Stock Picks That Could Outperform The Market

Who’s not dreaming about a long-term orientated portfolio that increases in value and pays you each year a higher dividend that beats inflation? I do!

The good think is that it's possible to create such a big income source with small money. I've also created a virtual portfolio with income focus in order show how dividend growth investing can look like.

Back to my daily stock idea that I often publish on this blog. I've created some ideas what stocks delivered good returns in the past and can also possibly outperform the overall market within the next years. It’s a combination of growth and dividends. These are my main criteria:

- Market cap is greater than $100 million.
- Dividend yield is greater than the dividend yield of the industry.
- The payout ratio is less than 100%.
- Past 5 years dividend growth rate is bigger than the dividend growth of the industry.
- Average annual earnings growth estimates for the next 5 years is greater than 10%.
- Past 5 years EPS growth is greater than the average industry value.

Attached are my five favorite picks with more fundamentals. The screen delivered some more results like the luxury brand company Coach, the German industrial conglomerate Siemens or the home improvement stock Leggett & Platt.

19 Cheaply Valuated Stocks With Forces To Become The Next Top Dividend Grower On The Market

Dividend growth stocks on the move to become a real long-term dividend grower originally published at long-term-investments.blogspot.com. Dividend growth is a great and powerful tool for all normal and small investors to participate in a honest and passive way from the economic success of a corporate.

America is definitely the country with the highest amount of stocks that share profits with shareholders fairly. Believe me; I've seen thousands of companies all around the world where investors get robbed by management teams, lead investors or even the government.

My investment focus is on dividend growth stocks but over the recent months and years, we all have seen a significant increase in price multiples. Most of the best long-term dividend growers are valuated with a P/E of 20 or more. If you pay such high ratios, you will definitely not get a good inflation and risk-adjusted return over the long-run if you invest in a slow growing business.

Today, I try to find additional dividend stocks that are near to achieve a consecutive dividend growth history of at least five years.

Around 150 stocks are available with 4 years of dividend growth. With the next hike they could become a real Dividend Challenger. My hope is that some of them are cheaper than the older and well-established stocks.

You can find attached a list of all large capitalized stocks with a low forward price to earnings ratio of less than 15. Only 19 companies fulfilled these criteria of which nearly all (17 shares) are recommended to buy.

These 42 Stocks Planning To Pay More Dividends

Stocks with dividend hikes from last week originally published at long-term-investments.blogspot.com. Last week, around 42 companies announced a high dividend. I published all stocks with dividend growth from the recent week in the attached dividend list. In average, stocks from the list of the latest dividend growth stocks have increased their dividend payments by 15.51 percent.

It’s always good to see how the dividend growth strategy works. Some of the dividend growers have raised their payments forty times and more. The biggest names come from the oil and gas sector. Eni and Total are the two biggest stocks followed by the British spirit maker Diageo.

Five of the results have a double-digit dividend yield and seven yielding above five percent. Analysts and brokerage firms recommend more than half, 26 in total, of the dividend growth stocks.
