5 Stocks Warren Buffett Keeps An Eye On...

Attached are five more stocks with fundamentals that meet Warren Buffett target criteria.

I've introduced a few more stocks in this blog earlier this month and I believe that it's a good tool to get new stock ideas in a hot market.

The markets are not cheap for the time being and high-quality stocks have a much higher premium rate. But the good thing is that this should not make it impossible to find new investment targets.

You must have patience to get the right investments at the right prices. Only the disciplined investor makes the better return.

5 stocks with Warren Buffett like criteria are...

Ex-Dividend Stocks: Best Dividend Paying Shares On August 20, 2013

The best yielding and biggest ex-dividend stocks researched by ”long-term-investments.blogspot.com”. Dividend Investors should have a quiet overview of stocks with upcoming ex dividend dates.

The ex dividend date is the final date on which the new stock buyer couldn’t receive the next dividend. If you like to receive the dividend, you need to buy the stock before the ex dividend date. I made a little screen of the best yielding stocks with a higher capitalization that have their ex date on the next trading day.

In total, 38 stocks go ex dividend - of which 12 yield more than 3 percent. The average yield amounts to 4,46%.

Here is the sheet of the best yielding, higher capitalized ex-dividend stocks:

15 Cheap High Beta Industrial Dividend Stocks

Industrial dividend stocks with high beta ratios at a cheap valuation originally published at long-term-investments.blogspot.com. I love it to look for cheap stocks but bargains at the market are really hard to find especially because of the hundreds of thousands metrics you can use to identify an undervalued stock.

A major criterion which is often used by many investors is the price to earnings ratio. It tells you how many years do you need to get your investment back in corporate earnings. The lower the ratio, the cheaper your investment is. A P/E of 10 also means that the earnings yield is at 10 percent.
This month, I’ve created an article serial about high beta stocks. Those stocks are stronger correlated than the overall market and tend to outperform the broad S&P 500 in bullish times. They also tend to lose performance when the markets are going down.

Today I would like to screen high beta dividend stocks from the industrial sector with a cheap forward P/E ratio. Only fifteen stocks from the sector fulfilled these criteria and eleven of them are currently recommended to buy.

20 Cheap Large Cap Dividend Challengers With Double-Digit Earnings Growth

Large capitalized Dividend Challengers with strong growth at a low valuation originally published at long-term-investments.blogspot.com

If you have read my blog for a longer time, you would have noticed that I often write about dividend growth stocks and dividends in general. One dividend growth category is the Dividend Challengers category. Those stocks have raised their dividend cash payments to shareholders over a period of more than 5 consecutive years but less than 10 years in a row.

Because of the rising market valuation, I wanted to know which of the Dividend Challengers are still fair or even cheap priced compared to its growth forecasts by analysts.

I selected all stocks from the dividend growth category with a market cap over $10 billion and a low forward P/E below 15. In addition, the expected earnings per share growth should be above 5 percent yearly. Exactly 20 companies fulfilled these criteria.

14 of the results have a current buy or better rating and five stocks yielding over the three percent mark.

10 Stocks And 2 Funds Hiked Their Dividends Last Week

Stocks with dividend hikes from last week originally published at long-term-investments.blogspot.com. The number of dividend hikers remains low. Only 10 stocks and two additional funds announced to increase their dividend payments last week.

On the list are some well known big players like Conoco Philips, Walgreen, Paychex or Cummins. It’s ever good to see that some stocks keep their dividend growth path. Seven of the results have a current buy or better rating.

Industrial Dividend Stocks With Cheapest Forward P/E's

Dividend stocks from the industrial sector with very low forward P/E ratios originally published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com". The cheapest large cap industrial dividend stocks, measured by the lowest forward P/E, are valuated between 8.27 and 14.08. Sixteen of the 20 cheapest industrial stocks have a current buy or better rating.

Industrials are more cyclic by its nature but they can give you a boost for your portfolio, especially when the economy is in a rush. My favorite buying sector is still the consumer sector. I love consumer stocks because of the high-margins and strong consumer loyalty which results in relative robust sales. Consumer stocks are subject of my analysis within the next week.

20 Dividend Challengers With Fastest Growing Dividends

Dividend Challengers with fastest growing dividend payments originally published at "long-term-investments.blogspot.com". Recently I screened Dividend Champs with the fastest rate of dividend growth. Mc Donald’s was my best yielding pick. I noticed that the top 20 stocks had a 10 year dividend growth performance of remarkable 10 to 30 percent yearly but for most of them, the performance slowed within the recent years.

It’s not possible of any company to raise dividends at a very high rate over a longer period. It’s also not possible to raise dividend payments with a gaining momentum. Every company that does this must reduce its growth speed over the time.

Today, I like to introduce some of the fastest growing dividend payers that have raised their distributions at least for five consecutive years but less than ten years. Here, the best results have grown their dividend payments over the recent five years with a rate of 90 to 30 percent. That’s definitely a higher growth figure but as I told, very growth rate will come down.

Below the top results of my screen are eleven stocks with a buy or better rating. Three of them are High-Yields.
